Meet Phoenix Bushida!

A professional racer, coming from JGTC...and also a rival of Dustin's since forever, a reflection of him. They met all the way back in the racing school. Phoenix always had talent, he got into the racing school for cheap, he dominated classes, but in the end, Dustin has outgrown his talent with lots of effort...

Phoenix overall performed better than Dustin in racing school, but the final loss stuck with Phoenix... Despite winning in JGTC, he had a feeling in the back of his mind... In 2005, he accepts a deal with RoadRunnerz to perform a publicity stunt, to prove the quality of their cars through winning a highway racing tournament, where he runs into Dustin again...

The car is a 1993 Toyota Supra Mk.4, equipped with a Top Secret widebody.
