Learning with Pibby Animation WITH AUDIO

So a bit late, but I saw the Pibby Pilot Trailer, and this is what I got to say about it.

I love this concept of a TV-Y character being transported to TV-MA-ish universes. Glad they’re not doing the thing where to make the character more mature they make him act super edgy, have him act drunk, and/or say the F-word every sentence. Having the character stay in a pure-like form, especially when seeing blood for the first time, is something I’d like to see more of.

The idea of Pibby crossing over to other Warner Bros universes sounds interesting, well as long as the other characters don’t overshadow Pibby. But what surprised me was the shots where Pibby was in what seemed to be the SpongeBob SquarePants and Rocko’s Modern Life universes. I just hope that those shots weren’t just trailer bait. Now I know that Viacom or other Networks would never allow that to happen, but I am interested to see what they can get away with and how far they can go without being sued.

The shift between animation styles. Yes! More of that! I really like it when shows can blend different art styles from classic dirty retro to clean digital flash, 2d and 3d; you name it. Shows like The Amazing World of Gumball have done it beautifully. And a show like this where the characters get to travel to different universes would be crazy not to try it.

I hope that Adult Swim decides to greenlight this animation as it has many unique ideas that I would like to see more shows do, especially in the adult animation area. But anyway, here is this short animation I did in hopes I bring more attention to the show, and it gets greenlit.
