Not Bad, I Would Suggest Using Gimp Instead Of Paint, Or At Least Paint.NET Instead Of Just "Paint"
But With A Little More Practice, I Could Definitely See Improvement. It Just Takes Time :3

I'm still learning gimp bit I've almost finished with my latest work of goku ssj2 with just paint. Trust me its the best thing I've ever drawn with paint. So do come back and let me know how I've done.
