A negative energy being is a human like being but it is dark coloured and with terrifying features including teeth/mouth and ayes where they are not suposed to be.

unlike a positive energy being, the NEB needs to feed. It feeds on human emotions, so in order to avoid it you must avoid any type of feeling. If it attacks you, your body will be weackened and it will kill you. If a NEB kills you, you will banish compleately as your soul will be compleately destroyed.

NEB are what we call 'ghosts' people who had died but cannot let go a physical aspect of their life such a possesion or a loved one, but now with a physical body due to the circumstances given in Earth at the moment.
