Another attempt at an actual painting, based on the same stencil idea as the previous one. Not satisfied with how this one turned out though; the fingerprint and letters look like crap and the tone is much darker than intended. Learned a lot about the medium though, and I may still revisit the concept at a later stage. Still a very enjoyable experience, and another work still in the making, so we'll see...

Thanks man! For the outline I simply blew up a picture of my face, cut it out and used it as a stencil - any similarities with other characters is an act of God. I'll go check him out though, see what the similarities are.

Hey, thanks dude. I don't mind being dissatisfied with this, although maybe I shouldn't voice it this prominently. This is indeed a whole new side of me to explore and I'm really glad I took the opportunity to get started. I can recommend it to everyone - in my case at least I'm learning a lot about myself.
