Lore: Locus is a terrifying deity of mass destruction and Tempus' twin 'sibling' of sorts whose main aim is to rid all mortal and near divine life from the omniversal structure (basically one big ass universe with everything in it, including other universes, multiverses, megaverses, ect...). the reason they decided to do this was after a million year long existential crisis, where Locus began to question if reality and life mattered because, if they could obtain enough power, Locus could become a torturous universe themselves. While this is their main ambition, before they decide to end everything all at once, they thought it would be at least justifiable to experience most of the enjoyable mortal pleasures (such as dismantling one multiverse at a time) with Edaxuro (he doesnt know what he's doing exactly, he just finds it funny to annoy several governing establishments)

also they really dislike tempus bc he imprisoned and siphoned locus' power to fuel his empire...
