Tried to draw something I made from my sketchbook.

At a little tough time at the beginning of making it, since the poses didn't look right and kept changing it, and the structure didn't really meet my expectations.

Felt a tiny bit of depression after that, but then I remember that art is really just for fun.

Most of the time, artwork won't meet your imagined result in your head, sometimes it will look far off, and sometimes you will just give up and start another drawing.

But really, who cares?

Even if the artwork doesn't meet your expectations, you understand what it is supposed to represent, the idea in your head.

The people that see your artwork, they admire it.

They admire the artwork that they see, but you had a bigger picture in your head of what it would look like.

So even if one of your drawings stink, be happy that you made it, enjoy what you got out of your head.

Because art is a journey.

And in this journey, there is no end goal, you just get better at it.

You learn the fundamentals and learn different kinds of techniques.

It's quite a roller coaster of emotions.

sometimes when it looks bad at the start, it might turn out better than you expected.

And when you start off good, you might finish bad.

that's why you got to enjoy the process, and not the end result.

Cuz when you are looking far ahead, you won't see what is in front of you.

And you should apply this when you are an animator as well.

Since you are creating a series of lots of drawings, and it will be boring if you just want to get it done.

But know in your head that you are making effort, and that it is good.
