Apologies for the late response! I had started with making a collage of images, then did some color grading to make everything green-ish. Next I mapped it onto a cube, subdivided it a bunch and applied a displacement map of the same image, but in grey scale. I think I also plugged it into a principled BSDF node, and cranked the sheen / specular to make it shiny, as well as enabling freestyling in the render, to give it the black outlines.
Really like the look of this, the greens and underlying circuits remind me of those transparent gameboys and cartridges
