Had the brightness way down on my screen so I thought for a second the wolf was missing a chunk of its face drooling blood and thought "damn, never expected Konan of all people to shift to creepypasta."

That said (looking at it with brightness up this time), the eyes do need a tad more contrast, and a tad less for the torso. The eye on the light side of the face (right-eye) is reflecting less light than the one that's entirely covered in shadow (left-eye). Could be what feels off.
