The first of many light horror-themed illustrations I’m putting up this month, Happy Halloween!! 🎃

The girls are off to their local Bulk Barn to buy some potion supplies. Sometimes if you’re making a sinister concoction in a mass batch, “family size” just doesn’t cut it.

A while back while I was still working on this I got really inspired by some modern UPA-style cartoons, and Gruesomestein's Monsters especially had a hand in this art direction. I usually steer towards this sort of character design but it’s my first time using this graphic offset-line art style. I’ll probably use it more in the future. Not quite as sure about character line art with tapering that drastic, but it was still fun to experiment with!
