Bowser is the owner of Koopa corp. a chemical corporation that specializes in DNA manipulation. He is convinced that the human body can be perfected by using reptilian DNA and his scientists have already been testing the formula even on Bowser himself. He is in constant war with the rebellious gangs led by Peach that oppose Koopa corp.
