This is my entry for Jazzas challenge of the month, which has the theme "ageswap".

It shows Finn, in a more serious land of Ooo. Finn, who is now very old, got into his trusted adventure time clothes one last time, to go on the very last adventure for him. His friend Jake, who passed away at this time, still follows him in the form of a spirit (I imagened kinda like Mufasa from the Lion King).
