This is Mono. AKA CRT-300.
Mono's a robot built out of old recycled 1980's TV junk, built to be an entertaining, but useful little machine. Even though it's got one arm that revolves around its neck 360°, it'll take creative liberties to get around that limitation.
Based it on this old TV I found at Goodwill couple years ago.
I had this in the backburner since like, the beginning of the year, and I didn't really get around to finishing it until now. (particularly because metallic shading is tricky.) But at least I got it finished in time for today's special Newgrounds occasion!
