Scipio really hates his birth name, as it indicates the high station his family used to have before the collapse of the aristocrats to the New Republic. Currently little more than a street rat, he goes by Skip to avoid rousing any feathers. During his time as one of the wealthy elite, he dabbled in the labs a lot, and that translated over to him making his own drug labs in the ghettos.
