Lucius is a Smootiensis kid who is a big fan of Astrid. He is somewhat shy, but has high hopes that he can succeed, because unfortunately, he is unable to fly like the others, and for that reason, both his family and his classmates turned their backs on him or make fun of him, even bully him. And with all that, he sees Astrid as the last hope for him not to continue having a bitter life.
