Bulgogi is Korean grilled flank steak. I was about to be assigned to sushi for today but I asked the chef for something that I can actually plate. So he decided to f**k with me and give me flank steak, which is absurdly difficult to make look good.
Well, I tried.
Thinly sliced bulgogi roll, green lettuce with sesame vinaigrette, lime soy pudding, crushed thai pepper, ginger chips, roasted garlic siracha, and scallion capsules (filled with soy lime pudding)
