Nowadays I started to also fall in love with Germany, just as I did with Japan, the many countries in Europe (except those mean Russians), Brazil and the USA. It's culture, cuisine, the unique (and sometimes weird and unorthodox) humor and it's history. And because I'm a history geek and want to restore the former glory of Germany (unlike those pesky, mean, racist, good-for-nothing Natzehs, ugh...), I decided to draw a pseudo-propaganda poster that encapsulates Prussia's mightiness, with a touch of my FNF inspired artstyle, of course! ;)
It's basically an excuse to draw a Prussian soldier from the Franco-Prussian war with it's Dreyse Zündnadelgewehr 1841, cuz military nerd ftw. :p
Oh, btw! I'm not promoting any hate group, I'm just making a history-related drawing based on Germany way before being ruined by the "square-moustached man" from Austria, just a heads-up. Pls don't get mad at me! ^^;

Victorian, most precisely around the Franco-Prussian War. It's easy to note by the uncovered Pickelhaube, brightly colored Prussian blue uniform and the Dreyse Needlefire Rifle, the standard issue long gun before the adoption of the metalic-cartridge fed, single-shot Mauser 1871 rifle.
