Great work
After so long, I’ve finally put together a list of official pixel-art for each character in Fetch-Quest! So now meet the cast:
Meet Kris, a forest elf that previously worked at his own shop, but joined the Colideoscope after about 30 years. He used to be small in personality with a small sense of humor but a large want to explore, but now he’s pretty much just a fantasy Ryan Reynolds.
Meet Lupi, a cave goblin that tried to study magic in order to defend her tribe from travelers, but joined the Colideoscope after about 40 years. She used to be very disrespected and angry about her many inconveniences, but now she’s… actually just the same.
Meet the employers, a group that invites others from across the multiverse to contribute to cleaning up any conflict or misfortunes that occur in any number of universes discovered & available. Join the Colideoscope. Join the Colideoscope. Join the Colideoscope. Join the Colideoscope.
Meet Bartender Barry, an ogre who was one of the first of thousands to join the Colideoscope, working in the section for breaks and potion purchasing. He is extremely caring and tries to help out anyone he can emotionally, but he’s just, well… not very good at it.
Meet Cog Smith, a steampunk engineer who is either 100 or 600, nobody is really sure, not even the creature in his hat that he deems… “THE HAT”. The Hat is much better at calculations than Cog because he can actually TELL the difference between 24 and 378.
Meet Trusty, a robot created by Cog Smith that was designed to be his friend, but ended up leaving him in order to start his own business making other robots and selling mechs, where he is now so rich that he could sell you to yourself!
Meet Cog Brain, he is what happened to Cog Smith in an alternate universe where the Gearyard fell apart and umm… oh dear… he’s not doing too good I would say… let’s just move on…
Meet Rusty, the result of Happy being nearly killed by the cave that the Gearyard was located in, and is trying to contribute to rebuilding a new society on the surface called the Junkyard! Although he and Cog are about equal in terms of success now.
Meet Aiguille Cousue, a doll maker that accidentally replaced the entirety of humanity with dolls that are sentient due to her putting magic in them from a book she found underneath the tree in her backyard. Most would consider her society dead, but she’ll argue it’s perfection!
Meet Static Face, a TV-headed being that has spent U̵N̸K̶N̴O̷W̴N̸ years in T̶E̸R̸M̵I̸N̷A̶T̵E̷D̷ V̷A̷C̷U̶I̷T̸Y̸ alone. They haven’t seen anyone else, and has never even considered the idea.
Meet Swift & Drift, a couple of DJ’s that live in a society that relies on music as their energy source, replacing what would be water, food, and electricity in our world. As a side job, they also defeat many monsters known as Silencers, which rely on silence and kill A LOT.
I hope y’all enjoy these characters as much as I do, and I wish all of you a pleasant evening!
