i say both is good, is just the hatless ralsei text sprite needs some work to be done. he just look so odd, even when i got "used" to it.

Best opinion! I totally agree, and I don't know why, but I just enjoy drawing Hat Ralsei more too. He felt refreshing from all the Asriel fanart we saw in Undertale, and although he has a completely different design and personality, I can't help but feel like Toby missed the mark by changing Ralsei's Ch1 design.
