Backstory: Dr. Spleenstitch is a representation for every person's intense fear of doctors. He appears in the thoughts and nightmares of people whom have an upcoming doctor's appointment, either for surgery or just for an annual checkup. The more they think about him, the more real he becomes. Spleenstitch once haunted the thoughts of a young boy, but then the visions of him just stopped for some reason. Years later, the boy was now an adult and was about to have his appendix out, and soon the nightmares of Spleenstitch slowly started to returned. to make matters worse, the man even started seeing visions of Spleenstitch out on the streets during the day. The man told his psychiatrist about them and he told him that they were a result of his repressed fears and that he needed to come to terms with them. The man then decided to go to the old abandoned doctor's office where his fear of doctors originated. There he saw Spleenstitch and faced him head-on. They fought for a bit, until finally the man burned the place down with Spleenstitch inside. It looked like the man was finally cured of his fear and free from Dr. Spleenstitch forever, so he went to get is surgery. But as he was in his hospital bed about to have anesthesia applied, he noticed that that his doctor was really Dr. Spleenstitch, and before he could do anything about it, he was knocked out, and the last thing he saw was the creepy sinister grin of the mad doctor looking down at him.

Other Info: Dr. Spleenstitch is living embodiment of everyone's fear of doctors and hospitals. In fact, that's why the name of his movie is called "Iatrophobia" which happens to be the fear of going to the doctor: (en.wiktionary.org/wiki/iatroph…). Whenever someone is about to go to the doctor, they have visions of him, either from dreams or from hallucinations. Dr. Spleenstitch is also the resident physician of Slashinbern. Other slashers usually go to him when they have health issues and his methods may seem strange and unorthodox, and that's because they are. He is a certified quack. He also has a nurse that works for him, Ellen Zigzag, who secretly has feelings for him.
