Name of Movie: "The Sketcher"

Backstory: The sketcher used to be a brilliant artist, until one day he received some bad feedback on his latest masterpiece by a local art critic. It left him so distraught, that he set his art studio on fire in an attempt to kill himself. But instead of killing him, the fire left him hideously deformed. His head was covered in paintbrush bristles, his fingers were cut off and replaced with drawing utensils, and a huge sketchbook was fused to the front of his torso. He was so appalled by his appearance that he decided to take his frustration out on every critic in the world by doing away with them. The fire also damaged his vocal cords so he couldn't talk anymore. But that was okay. He decided he would just let his art speak for itself as... THE SKETCHER!

Other Info: The Sketcher is the local artist of Slashinbern. Instead of talking, he communicates by drawing images on his torso sketchbook and most people usually understand what he's trying to say. His method of killing people involves sketching his victims on his sketchbook getting killed in various ways, leaving the sketches for his victims to find, and then killing them according to the sketch. He 's also very vulnerable when it comes to criticism and will get very upset if he hears any, especially towards his art.
