Why is it that whenever I draw Pearl now, it’s always incredibly cursed?

This is the fault of my good friend @citalopram-overdose. It was his idea from the start, I felt morally obligated to draw it. It’s a running joke between the two of us that Harley Quinn and Pearl are my waifus, and that I have a strong distaste for the modern incarnations of Harley, especially her incarnation from 2016’s Suicide Squad. Let it be known that I think Margot Robbie is perfect casting for the character, and is my second-favorite version of all time when given proper material.

This mashup is undoubtedly cursed, but it’s fun enough and turned out good enough that I almost want to draw it again.

Beautiful and bad perfect.

HeartisttheArtist responds:

I’m glad you think so! I always like drawing Pearl, I do my best to make her beautiful. Glad it still shows through all the Harley Quinn aspects!

The corkscrew part of the hammer is really peculiar! I like how well you mixed these two character, she looks totally cool!

HeartisttheArtist responds:

The corkscrew is a carry-over from Pearl where the tip of her spear corkscrews before becoming a blade. I think making it lead into the head of the hammer looked cool.
I’m glad to know that you like it! I was wondering how well I balanced elements of each character. Thanks for your feedback and kind words!

You absolute madman, you did it!

HeartisttheArtist responds:

You know it, man. Thanks again for setting this whole thing in motion lol
