Another OC Villain!

Dart is a Kingfisher, whom at a young age trained his beak to become practically indestructible and capable of piercing steel, stone and concrete! A beak which he now uses in his trade as a hit man. With an air powered jetpack that can reach incredible levels of speed, he one hit K.O's any victim with his beak before most can even realize it. This earn him the nickname "The Living Sniper Bullet."
