This gel-shooting pistol was made by the Hapscoy Family following the increasing demand on non-lethal weaponry for bounty capture. The stock model shoots out globes made of a gel that increases in density and weight as it is exposed to air, and sticks to any surface it is shot at. As such, it is commonly used to shoot at the target's limbs, so as to make them trip and fall down as the densification goes on.
However, as per the Hapscoy Family's philosophy, many bounty hunters have customized their G45, most notably by tinkering with the gel's properties. As so, the G45 pictured above is nicknamed the Anchor by its wielder, as she has modified the chemical makeup of the gel so that it'll be twice as heavy once it densifies, and hard as iron.
Some users aren't quite as pacifistic, as it has been known that some combine the gel with acid or napalm. However it goes to say that most users stick to the intent with which this weapon was conceived.
