Sobble Evolution

decided to come up with my own "what if" evolution for Sobble. The design is inspired by Paintings of Icthyosaurs from the 1800s, because they are aquatic reptiles with big eyes just like Sobble. I also decided to make it look like he wears goggles. He shoots beams from his eyes as like various superheroes (felt like that would be a cool way of building upon the crying water gun.)
