Another OC Redraw, this time the Super soldier prototype character :)
Edit 1: This is just in, I'm fixing this up because I'm noticing a lot of things wrong that I want to fix and my brain wont let me leave it alone.
Edit 2: Ok now it's in a good spot. I also extended the length of the drawing into being a halfbody.
