Gokinosaurus (Gokinozaurusu) was the 5th Kaiju created by Gori who appeared in Eps. 7 (The Black Terror) and 8 (Duel – Gokinosaurus) of the Spectreman series. A 2nd Gokinosaurus appeared in ep.27 (Titanic Battle- Seven Giant Monsters).

Gokinosaurus was a Cockroach made Kaiju with Gori's science; through unknown means, it could cast the land in the shadow of night, despite been in the middle of the day, and through Bio-luminescence Eyes it could see in the dark. It had a Beam of emerald color fired in the forehead and it's thick exoskeleton served as protection from attacks. Like all Cockroaches, Gokinosaurus sport wings for flight.

It's roar is between a moan and a cry.

_Story_

As The Pollution team studies the abnormal patter of a Smog cloud, Joji suspects correctly Gori to be behind it; not long after, Rah attacks the Government Building holding the Oracle Computer the team uses for its studies, releasing the Smog and takes data from the computer, harming one of the workers (Nakiya); though the man survive, he reacts with extreme fear to the Dark and is kept hospitalize for treatment. The Overlord orders Spectreman to retrieve him to study the effects of the smog, but the latter is critical of it due to the man's condition. In the meantime, after looking at the data Rah stole on what unnerves Humans (Cockroaches), Gori transforms one into the a kaiju size monster name Gokinosaurus.

Meanwhile, Rita, trying to help Nakiya to ease his fear tells her of her village and her desire to return back someday; after suffering from another panic attack, Joji takes Rita's place and keeps watch on him, but the following day, Nakiya sneaks out of the hospital and Overlord informs Joji he was heading back to his village, inspired by Rita's story the night before. He and Rita catch up to Nakiya close to a river, but before they could leave with him, Rah sends out Gokinosaurus, who cast the land around him shadow and attacks the trio to get to Nakiya – in the chaos, Spectreman transforms and battles the Insect monster, smacking it down for a bit before the creature takes flight; Spectreman grabs it by the legs and spins it and tosses it, but he distracted by Rita's screams when Rah attacks her and Nakiya, allowing Gokinosaurus to get the drop on the Hero Cyborg.

However, Spectreman is left in a conundrum, with Rah holding and threatening Rita, while Gokinosaurus takes Nakiya, with Overlord ordering him to ignore the woman to get the man, which Spectreman refuses to follow; this leads to Overlord punishing him for insubordination, transforming him back to Joji who now must use his human strength to save Rita, which goes as much without saying the big lug is been made a monkey out of himself at the hands of Rah, as the Giant Roach attacks a factory near by.

Seeing how he got totally owned, Overlord makes a 180 and allows him to Transform, under the condition he will return to Nebula 71 once he recovered Nakiya - Spectreman beats Rah, saving Rita, then burrows through the ground to get to Gokinosaurus ... who is close by (I dunno why didn't he chose to fly?). Spectreman deals with the Kaiju, beating it, then firing its Spectre Flash, wounding it, forcing the monster to retreat to mend his wounds, while the Cyborg shutdown, transforming back into Joji; he is taken to the hospital, with Nakiya (who somehow got retrieve ... from ... the Roach? - HUH?). This leads to an argument to have Nakiya to be taken to the country for his well being, while Gori unleashes Gokinosaurus for , with its speed and hide now increase.

Spectreman transforms and takes flight to face the Monster for Round two; grabbing him and both smashing onto the ground; As Spectreman beats and tosses the Kaiju, Gokinosaurus again shroud the land in darkness, then uses its Blue Beam which Spectreman blocks. He then bashes the Kaiju with a boulder and then punches its abdomen – The Monster then takes the advantage and kicks Spectreman. The latter recovers and rips its antenna off, and in the smack down, the Control receiver comes loose, the Monster been unable to receive orders from Gori's control. Spectreman blocks its escape by blasting its wings, then it grabs the monster flies to a high altitude and then drops it, exploding on impact. Though Overlord orders him to retrieve Nakiya.

Later, when hearing they need to study the situation of the Smog and Pollution, which Nakiya agrees to if it means to avoid others to fall to the same disease as him. In the end, Joji allows Nakiya to be taken to an advance medical research for study, an act that Overlord allows if it means it can help find a cure.

Sometime later, Gokinosaurus would be among some of the Monsters that Spectreman had killed to get revived, in the end however, it was defeated by Silver Robo, been destroyed in its attempt to escape.
