Robot Beast Baban served as the 50th monster of the week in Ep.43 of the Jeeg Anime. The episode was the final appearance of General Flora.

Baban was humanoid type Beast, whose weapon only consisted of a Wrecking ball for a left hand; Laser beams fired from the right hand and eyes; The Right hand could also transform into a shield and It was also able to fired missile from the Ports in the chest.

Its color scheme was Purple, Lavender, light gray, black and blue.

The Beast appears quite late into the end of the Episode, distracting Jeeg while the Orochi fortress made a Kamikaze attack fill explosives. Hiroshi was at the start held captive, after falling in a trap, with the Orochi disguise as a hotel, but thanks to Flora switching sides later (after convincing Ikima and Amaso to freed her) she help free him, killing a few Haniwa Soldiers during his escape.

Quick Note: if you ask why did the Ministers did this, she reminded Ikima and Amaso of Himika and Mimashi, and that Dragon will through them aside just as he did to her (after overhearing a conversation between her & Hiroshi, thus her fall from his favor), hence why the two released her.

Why did the two would this and NOT escape with her, I have no clue. But they will remain loyal to Dragon till the very end – which really, really, irks me; they spent building this suppose revenge and the two fuckwitts do zero shits, specially when Dragon would still be horrible to them all the way, specially with what happens in the next episode.

This was the show's poor writting, showing its ugly head like a Morning sun in the Horizon.I think that in many ways, this is why in Shin Jeeg (correct me), Himika is the main Antagonist of the whole series, you don't get Dragon back (again, CORRECT ME). That show was like an attempt to undo some of the mistakes done with the original anime.

Jeeg tries to warn his father, who launched the Capsule in a Attack run, but is stop by Baban; The Capsule rips through Orochi, diverting it, crashing into the lake & exploding - though this doesn't marked its end of the fortress - Flora falls from the vessel mortally wounded. Seeking revenge for Flora, Jeeg rips Baban's head with Dynamite Punch, then tosses it into the air with Magnetic Rope; It is Finish off with Shooter Missiles from Miwa (blasting its legs) and Spin Storm by Jeeg.

Afterwards, Jeeg pics up Flora; the latter passes away, after thanking Hiroshi for showing her the way in the end, and is able to be with her Family Villagers in peace; Her Body then disappears, but the Flowers all around mysteriously bloom - Flora's spirit dissolves in the horizon heading to rest with her slaughtered tribe.
