Damn Hank looks awesome with the Riot Gear, I think he would also look even more awesome wearing the Elite Riot Gear.

Yep... decided to do a crossover of sorts with Hank J. Wimbleton wearing... well what I think would be his personalised set of Riot Gear from Fallout New Vegas. (I tried my best... was a pain in the neck to do this.)
Nice cross-over with two somewhat favorite things of mine, the fallout games and madness combat, nice work!
