Upgrades: Cybernetic Prosthetic Arms and Legs, Telekinesis
- Sawyer’s telekinesis is strong but unpredictable. It hasn’t been used much since the massacre at the facility. It only seems to be activated when Sawyer is under great distress physcially. It is strong enough to rip foes limb from limb with only it’s mind. While this ability is powerful, it also gives Sawyer debilitating migraines while being used. Whenever it’s telekinesis is “activated” it becomes enraged to the point where even it’s allies are endangered.
Weapon (Primary): Combat Shotgun
Weapon (Secondary): Combat Knife
Weapon (Tertiary): Fists/Claws/Teeth
Weapon (Accessory): Knuckle Bombs
Favorite Weapon: Teeth

Appearance: Sawyer has an athletic build. They have messy hair and almost always have sunglasses on. On some rare occasions, they wear a mask to cover their facial scars. The left side of their face is completely missing it’s skin tissue, leaving the healed muscle tissue exposed. Due to this, they don’t have lips on the left side of their face, leaving their sharp teeth visible. Their neck has similar scarring.
Both of their arms are cybernetic implants. These arms are extremely durable and strong, allowing them to take a lot of damage compared to their organic parts.
Details: After getting their implants, their blood is yellow instead of red.
Their teeth are made of stainless steel, replacing their organic ones. They are serrated.
Sawyer’s heart was augmented to adapt to the metal implants. Their heart was surgically altered with a motor to help control it. The cyborg heart gives off electrical charges that can sufficiently power both their organic and robotic parts. However, it was also affixed with a pacemaker to control the heartbeats. It is an experimental piece of technology. As such, it comes with several flaws.
While this cyborg heart can make them powerful, it has also been one of their biggest weaknesses. In the heat of combat, it is prone to overheating and short-circuiting. Sawyer will faint from their heart temporarily stopping. They have technically “died” from this 3 times. The only way to prevent these scenarios is to have downtime where they can rest. Due to their headstrong nature, however, they like to push their body to it’s limits.
In the event that their heart shuts down, it will restart itself within 30 seconds. During that time, Sawyer is braindead and vulnerable to attacks.
Thanks to Eve, Sawyer has one critical weakness. This is a “kill switch” which is located in their brain. With a simple press of a button, Eve can render Sawyer unconscious at any time. This is mostly for her convenience.
Clothing: They wear a tanktop, cargo shorts and sometimes have sunglasses. At times, they won’t have a shirt on. If they find clothes they like, they’ll steal them. They like wearing skirts.
—
Personality: Headstrong, foolish and a little bit of a silly guy. Despite their scary appearance, Sawyer likes to goof around even in the midst of battle. They function better as part of a team rather than being alone. Even so, they are difficult to control and will mouth off if they think their boundaries are being pushed. They get overzealous in combat, often to the point of recklessness. The only saving grace is that their implants make them more durable.
Despite everything they’ve been through, they maintain a lighthearted attitude. This annoys their friends, but they don’t seem to care.
Around their partners, they mask their affection through a snippy demeanor. They make quips and comments, often being rude to hide their tender side. If pushed into a romantic situation, however, that falls apart. On the inside, Sawyer is somewhat desperate for affection, be it platonic or romantic in nature.

Backstory: Sawyer doesn’t remember much of their early life. It was “born” as a clone in one of AAHW’s facilities. It was named TSA-Y3R. These clones would be fodder in the organization’s cruel experiments, meant to make the perfect bioweapons. Sawyer was soon forced into the hand removal experiment chamber.
Within the chamber, Sawyer saw a tile on the floor with a diagram of footprints. They also saw a metal box with two buttons within. On the speaker’s command, it stepped onto the tile and pressed the buttons. In a flash, metal doors clamped over their hands and feet. The boxes then seemed to retract into the walls and ground, leaving Sawyer decapitated and helpless. Fear gripped their mind as they processed the situation. Shooting pain shocked their nerves.
They felt something else, however. Strange telekinetic powers stirred within Sawyer. Blinded by rage, fear and pain, they felt themselves floating in midair. Two soldat guards came into the room to subdue Sawyer. They underestimated it’s strength. With a strong grab and throw, these two guards were thrown across the room. Their bodies landed with enough force to break down the metal door that contained Sawyer. Panic gripped the facility as alarms sounded and gunshots rang out. The guards that protected the scientists were little trouble. Sawyer was, in essence, a perfect weapon in that moment. Bullets were caught in the air and flung back, splattering viscera everywhere. Gore coated the walls. Sawyer reveled in the bloodbath, consumed by rage.
Scared scientists tried to flee in the midst of it all. One of them, Dr. Eve, had the fortune of getting to the armory first. Shaking, she searched the armory for a gun. The thick metal door wouldn’t give her much time. The monster slaughtering her coworkers was closing in. It used it’s own body as a makeshift battering ram. Eve found a magnum in the gun cabinet. It only had three bullets: three chances to miss. She took a deep breath and turned to the door.
Sawyer barreled through the door, bloodied and battered from the damage. It barely resembled the lowly, harmless grunt it was five minutes ago. Even now, it’s body was broken and bruised. Eve leveled the gun to it’s forehead and pulled the trigger. TS-Y3R’s brain matter splattered on the adjacent wall. For a moment, Eve stood there counting her blessings. She gazed upon the corpse before her. Then, suddenly, she had an idea.
Eve gazed at the battered and mutilated corpse with sympathy. She questioned her role in the facility, wondering if the ethics of their experiments were worth it. In that moment, Eve decided to abandon her position. Her knowledge of robotics ensured Sawyer could be made into something greater-- something that could protect her, if needed.
For several days, she worked tirelessly on making Sawyer into a cyborg. Their body was haphazardly chopped and messed with. Most of the time was spent repairing torn tendons, broken bones and bullet holes. Sawyer was, in her words, “a goddamn mess” to clean up.
Finally, after all her hard work, they were complete. It took one week to remake them from a mere grunt to an admirable weapon. Using jumper cables and a bit of electricity, this was enough to kickstart Sawyer back to life. They were sore and stiff. It took a few minutes for them to be aware of their situation. Dr. Eve was pleased with what she had made. They sat and talked for a while. Sawyer was quiet, not sure what to make of their new upgraded body.
As time went on, however, their confusion turned to anger. Her job had gotten boring long ago. Together, they set out from the facility and raided the nearby armory for supplies.
Sawyer’s initial goal was clear: revenge. Eve egged on their rage and bloodlust. Dozens of bodies laid in their wake, but it seemed it wasn’t enough. Sawyer had an appetite for chaos that Eve had never seen before. Perhaps it was fueled by their trauma. Perhaps it was anger. Whatever it was, Sawyer was a killing machine.
Sawyer continues their quest for revenge to this day. Even now, they are troubled by the massacre that made them what they are today. Eve helps them cope with their painful past. All the while, the A.A.H.W. is hot on their trail. It seems they will never stop running.
