This is Cinder Warden Nazta from Introspurt's Crimson Keep, published on Newgrounds, first debuted in Chapter 4 of the series as the chapter's final boss. Like Lan, she's a Fire Imp, but more powerful in terms of class as indicated by hair color from dark magenta as the top to pink as the bottom. In her case, her blue and ash-colored hair marks her as the third powerful of the hierarchy. Despite being born wingless, she bolsters herself and her blades with fire magic. She's also Servinnia's older sister.

The original character design is made by Introspurt.

The one above is my recreation on Terraria, built in-game and seen on minimap, and shared on r/Terraria and DeviantArt.

The No Man's Sky logo on top of her head is there as a reason for my 2-week hiatus in the middle of her building process as it took me to build 3-4 weeks since she's a monument to build.
