The last Kewtian that was missing an updated design: Drake, the Kewtian God of Darkness! He's been a character since like 2014 or something, but hasn't seen much use and hasn't been re-integrated into things or gotten a final design until now.
I wanted his outfit and colors to be a bit unique and almost vampire-esque, but he'd likely have some more casual outfits as well.

Also Drake might seem evil, but he's really just one of the few "edgy" Kewtians next to Halt... And like Halt, Drake is super friendly really, lol
Oh and also, he's likely a good fit with Liz (the Kewtian Goddess of Dreams), and therefore paired with her!
