I thank a friend on Instagram for creating that inspirational spark for this piece! We were conversing about our favorite Beatles songs on a Henry Stickmin piece she recently drew, and those two things mixed together? Became a formula for this Abbey Road imitation!

In place of the original Fab Four, we have Henry, Geoffrey, Dave and Thomas from the Toppat Civil Warfare (respectively) route walking across a zebra crossing in a sparse civilization with but a road and four Volkswagens present.

Keeping true to the original concept as best I could, I drew our fab group of rebels in jackets that somewhat associate them with their close counterparts but not too much due to differences in circumstances.

The four green Volkswagens? Not only another homage to the album cover, but also to the film Bullitt. During a chase scene in the film, a green Volkswagen can be seen four times driving down a hill haha! Enjoy!
