Painting I did to do some more character art. Decided to go all out on this, and overall was quite the fun experience.

"The Toro", designated #10 in the wasteland's 10 most wanted raiders within the wasteland.

Crimes include the typical offenses: multiple homicide, disruption of trade, arson, destruction/harassment of colonial settlements and general crimes against stability within the Black Road.

A very typical raider, the Toro has only made it on the list due to the frequency of his crimes which far surpassed most other raider gangs not on the list. Much of his increased frequency came after the list was leaked to the public, which government officials believe may have prompted the Toro to increase his attacks on the Road solely to get on the list for infamy.

This is known so far from rumors and observations:

The Toro appears to be a moron with a massive ego. Many of his actions, even to the detriment to his own person or gang, is done to increase his fame and "cool factor". He once commissioned for a metal helm with horns to be made, and upon reading some material decided to have the freshly forged helmet to be placed on his head so it may be "permanent" - which led to a unfortunate situation where, due to some hesitation, he turned the helm so that the horns became off-center.

The Toro also grafted a metal arm onto his body despite having an arm which had no issues whatsoever - again, because he thought it was "cool".

Despite his low intellect, the Toro is still a danger along the Black Road. His attacks have forced a handful of settlements to move from his area, and trade trucks had to increase security to counter any attacks from his gang.

Because of all this, the UROE Bounty Hunting Office has placed a substantial reward for the Toro, Dead or Alive.
