Something that I’ve been doing is sprites for certain worlds you’ll visit in Project Nortubel, even before actually doing their levels or more specific stuff like tilesets and certain scenes.

I want the game to feel like a crossover, despite the presentation because you can tell there’s different styles and tones presented in these items and objects.

• Hirdrih is themed after tech, software and hardware and you’ll encounter 2 cute robots.
• Krimb-Stone is meant to be a gritty crime heavy setting and you’ll encounter a violent angry man and a girl related to one of the 6 characters.
• Massag-Coav is meant to have fancy architecture and anthro characters.
• Greklovick is the sci-fi setting and you’ll encounter a faceless cyborg marine.
• Brinkaedea is full of goofy colorfull stuff and you’ll meet Bonka again.
• Lahiurn is like an WW1/2 inspired setting with maybe some steampunk stuff if I can make it work.
• Herrko is the fantasy setting and if that armor means anything, you’ll see a female orc warrior.
• Untotern is full of supernatural elements related to different cultures and you’ll meet vampire twins.

But between each world, you’ll still return to Nortubel at times since it’s the main setting.
