Well, this is a tribute to one of my favourite cartoons here on NG, Salad Fingers, created by David Firth (Doki). This is my interpretation of one of his characters, Hubert Cumberdale, along with a quotation from one of the Salad Fingers episodes.
Its kept simple (using Paint only), yet effectful somehow.
