Her blood is non-newtonian ferrofluid that reacts to sound and touch. With a loud enough sound or heavy pressure from sudden contact, it will react and shoot deadly shrapnel spears/weaponry. She can control this freely.
(Think of that spiky black liquid but it acts like potato starch water).
