This is The Brain from the TV show "Pinky and The Brain". I know my drawing looks like complete crap, but I'm still going to submit this.
Please give comments to tell me how I can improve so I can be a better artist.
This art is super cute!, You could try lowering brains tail about a few inches lower, and try making his head a little bigger. Other than that, Awesome job!
