Before doing the render, I already had a clear idea of what to do and how to do it, but somehow, while making it, I got sidetracked and ended up getting a very different result. The scene itself (decorations/ground/trees...) turned out great, but I couldn't figure out how to get the type of lightning I imagined. In my mind, I had the idea o having this blue light illuminating the rest of the terrain (moonlight?), so I started with a directional light, but then used an area light, so it only affected the distant terrain and part of the visible path. Even dafter doing that, the lights didn't look natural at all. Overall, still need to work on the lights on open environments.
I'll probably use a similar scene in my game, as, despite the light issue, I feel like it would make for a pretty eerie part.
