The Original 2BDamned
My submission for the Character contest for Project Nexus 2: Check them out on the Kickstarter!
Subject Name: Alastor
Background: Formerly an agent for the A.A.H.W, Alastor turned dissenter by the death of his brother at the hands of Project Nexus. Fueled by anger and guilt, he will stop at nothing to burn their twisted ambition to the ground from where it had once risen. His success rate in hindering the project's efforts had caught the attention of "The Employers", who appear to share a common interest; it is possible he may now be working under their authority
Skills: A quickdraw with his signature colt revolvers, Alastor is exceptional in the use of sidearms, and as a result has good reflexes and awareness. His melee prowess is average, yet seems to prefer knives over any other melee weapons. Alastor isn't very enduring to gunfire akin to the likes of Hank or Sanford, and relies on strategy over strength.
Personality: Alastor is very cautious, having a contingency plan for any possible moment where his plans go south. His attention to detail and generally being the man with the plan give him leadership qualities, taking charge of any other mercs the employers group him with. Although particularly cruel and torturous to Nexus captives, Alastor will not allow anyone to die under his command. In spite of his treachery, Alastor still dons the red agent shades as a reminder to his enemies, and to himself, who he once was.
(And hey, apparently the sherriff's going to be featured in Project Nexus 2; maybe he could also be some sort of outlaw to his authority. I'm not sure where they'll be going with that. but there's potential.)
