i really like the clean design and the glowing effect you gave to the eyes.
The wand has a perfect funny touch to it.
The advice i could humbly give you is that you could give a deeper shadow, 'cause you only have maximum two shades per color; add some shadows!!
It would give some serious depth and make it pop even more.
Don't be afraid to make it darker and to add highlights in the shiny elements, the contrast is the key.
