Richard "Scarlet" K'sington is the former boss of the large and powerful Crimson Sky mafia and with wealth big enough to own an entire floating casino city. However, all of that came crashing down one day when one of his lieutenants betrayed him leading to his arrest and the eventual collapse and fracturing of his multi-national criminal empire.
Now after 5 decades, he was set free and back to square one. Determined to rebuild his criminal empire from scratch and climb his way back up to the top to take back what he lost. And more importantly to take revenge on the one who Betrayed him, his former lieutenant Papercut who is now the leader of the criminal organization of the same name.
