Ms. Bellum is inquiring about the Mayor's questionable new decree.
The digital version of an old sketch I drew of Sara Bellum from the Powerpuff Girls. It has always been one of my better pieces, and I think that applies to this version as well. Obviously it's not perfect, and it has all the shortcomings that the original had, and I really need to figure out how to add more "texture", but I still like it.
