Another member of the crew and the first non-Reviser of the crew revealed here, Twinky is not his name but is the name he was given by Jones when he was recruited.

Twinky is a member of the Nekoto race, a species of almost Chibi-like animal humanoids found living all over the Galaxy, they are the second most populous and varied race in the Galaxy. Though they are named Nekoto, a name including the Japanese word for Cat, they are actually very diverse with Dogs, Rhinos, and even Giraffes being seen among their number. Extremely quick learners, Nekoto are hired on for any job you can think of including Chefs, Attorneys, and even Construction Workers. These handy and very friendly workers are very animated in their gestures and expressions, making one think for a brief moment if they are watching a cartoon but they are quickly drawn back by reality. Their homeworld had gone undiscovered for centuries until being stumbled upon by a group of Bonebasi merchants who stopped in to refuel their ship and discovered the Nekoto. This planet eventually had it's official name designation of Zoucos.

Twinky is an exceptional member of the race, working up the ladder on Valum to become it's most accomplished chef, known worldwide for his exceptional baked goods. Twinky himself is sassy, energetic, feminine, and very protective of his staff. He's very polite unless you try to steal something from his kitchen like Kunsel and Corelion attempt to do all the time, but he is more lenient with Core because of his age while Kunsel always ends up with Moka in the medical center afterwards. Nobody currently knows Twinky's real name except Jones.
