The Twin is an anomaly inside the asylum which was never meant to be a part of it. It is unknown when but at somepoint in time porcelain ball jointed dolls were found in the 3rd layer of the bowels, upon further inspection of these things the teams sent to investigate were swiftly attacked and killed by unknown forces and then seemingly fed to the Twin dolls startling them to life and pouring blood from every joint. Now these things wonder the halls of the 3rd floor hoping to find new victims to transform into another of their own. Some have said they've seen the inside of the Twins, describing it as a writhing unending mass of flesh and gore. However, none of these claims have been proven true.
