I don’t know when or if I’m going to these. I’d really like though so I can provide drawing references for other artists; for the longest time even till now I’ve never really had any good ones.

For context, I did attempt a character sheet with Remedy in June 2024. I drew her nude to experiment with clothes later and never finished. I started these in December 2024.

Beside being sidetracked with other things, Remedy’s outfit and lack of character on Nihility’s end is holding things back. I’ll carry through with everyone’s current designs, if not just omit them for the time being if I resume work here.

In regards to the characters: as of now, I’d imagine Remedy in a more academic “Collegiate Gothic” setting; meaning she’d wear an actual formal uniform. For Remedy to dress as she is now, unless it’s some magical girl nonsense in the so-called dream world—it would be off-putting regardless.

I’d also imagine Nihility in a more lively “cottagecore” outfit with pigtails possibly. She’s a more tragic, innocent character and relies on the inspirting of dolls for combat, though her role and status is still to be determined. Nihility depicted here is also without eyeballs, only eye sockets.

Byrdguy’s height is comparable to the size of a house cat i.e. the same size as our beloved MIA Hellcat, so ≤1 ft.

Emili is unintentionally shorter than every other character here, for better or for worse. Remedy & Nihility are the tallest, followed by Penni & Elise.

I like how Penni shows more thigh than Remedy of all characters.

I don’t quite understand Elise’s spiked hair.

And in general, Byrdguy’s series is titled the “Byrdguy Saga”, while Emili’s is titled “My Life in Dreams & Degeneracy.” (私の退廃的な白昼夢の日記, My Decadent Daydream Diary)

With the deceased Jay, I imagined her in a drawing like this, plus mimicking that one AU Rei scene from Evangelion:

Otherwise she’s still dead.
