I was lucky enough to get featured again in the next year's Dragon calendar , it is a great project that supports local artists from Czechia and Slovakia.

This time the theme was "Dragons and their treasures"

Its became a tradition with me to do smaller dragons, so I decided to paint a dragon that collects bottles off the sea, but he is not smart enough to break the glass. He cant read, but he really wants to get whats inside.

Its inspired by my cockatiel, she is cute but not very smart. She can struggle to get outside of her cage even though the doors are open always.

You can pre order here. If you manage to get some, send me a message with a photo, I may sketch something for you after 😎

"Seems I'm not alone at being alone"

There comes a time where one method is just not working and you have to use another…

USE YOUR CLAWS!!

My favorite part is the dragon's "definition of insanity" level of persistence shown by the sheer number of bottles having the same fate. It's inspiring in a way! Great visual storytelling.

Cruel irony has it, the papers in the bottles are vouchers for cork screw openers.

Lovely job - deserving of the cover! :)

ArtDeepMind responds:

Thank you very much, you describe it way better than me.

I love the lighting and composition! It just feels so secluded in a good way. Like this is this little dude’s little hidey hole by the sea. It’s honestly kinda cute.

ArtDeepMind responds:

Glad you like it, you nailed my vision perfectly

Woah, that's honestly so cool. It's also how I feel about opening pickle jars.

ArtDeepMind responds:

Haha definitely
