This blue hatter guy right here is Lewis, he was one of the old characters that I used as my artist persona, but I'm pretty interested if he was a character instead of my persona, due to the similarity and heavy inspiration to Black Hat from Villainous, it's quite a near-plagiarism to the Cartoon Network Multiversal Threat himself. But I'm still keeping him for my Rogue Galleries and designing him more original than his old self.
