Luigi, The Badass Wannabe. A man desperate for the craving for Glory, Pride and Action. He and Mario would set out and join the military under the pretense and idea that they'll join in the frontlines to Defeat the Koopas. Though this would go nowhere as instead they got sent in to do Toilet duty instead, much to his dismay though he would get to see action once the Koopas attacked their post within the castle and as a result of his defiance, he would get his legs busted up although he would keep telling people that it's his own Balls that are broken and not his legs. And now, with his broken and busted up lower half, he needs to find a way to get back into action and prove himself as a capable fighter even with the unfortunate circumstance of getting his legs broken.
