Azure's Fury is a short sword runic blade created by the God of Air. While being a formidable weapon on its own, it can be significantly amplified by inserting so called storm runes, gem stones cut into a conical shape and engraved with a specific rune. Storywise, the blank blade is acquired by Maneva during the second chapter of my novel and ever since used as her primary weapon.

The runes inserted into the sword are among an empty socket, 'Inner Focus', 'Lord of Air' and 'Ice'. The standalone runes are a blank one, 'Typhoon', 'Lightning', 'Wind' and 'Air'. Each rune belongs to a specific socket and will snap into it when being brought close enough. The runes could be theoretically removed afterwards, but will require a complex ritual for doing so.
